The Japan Pavilion has three zones—the Exhibition Zone, the Preshow, and the Main Show. The desired effect is to convey the joy of “connecting” and to encourage rapport and kinship among all visitors, young and old.
The World Expo, held in Shanghai, China is expected to attract over 70 million visitors and is planned to have the largest area, number of pavilions, and number of events in the history of the Expo.
This is the first time for a Japan Pavilion at a world expo to combine the efforts and wisdom of Japanese government and the private sector.
